Unlock device Failed

Hi. I have Samsung galaxy s10+ locked in At&t. I already have the unlock code provided by at&t but it failed. I request again and they gave me the same unlock code from the previous one. I tried 3x but still got the same error. Im afraid my phone will locked up if I failed 5x. Thank you.

Buy unlock codes from a 3rd party service.  It will include all the codes including the mck code which you will need if your phone becomes permanently locked.

Or

You can file an FCC complaint online. Routine complaint is free and AT&T has 30 days to respond. Typically responds in under a week. They will have to do more research, but it is likely they will only come up with the same unlock code that they have already provided. Samsung provides one unlock code to go with each IMEI. If Samsung made a mistake with the unlock code, and then pass that incorrect code on to AT&T, nothing short of the mck code can unlock the phone to use with another Network. The problem is AT&T does not have that code and Samsung cannot give it to you.
