Unlock code not working

Att unlock code not working samsung s8 plus an getting help from att is so far useless

It says service code not supported. I even retried to get a new code but they wont give me one . It my own phone , its payed off

Have you followed our AT&T Device Unlock Instructions to ensure the correct steps are being followed?

Is this for a Prepaid or Postpaid device?

Yes i did all that . My phone is payed off. Not prepaid

did you Insert the non-att SIM card into the phone and then dial #7465625*638*# ? then enter your unlock code ?

you did request and receive your devices code from att, correct ?
