Unlock Code is not working
Hi all,
Please help me to male this right, I requested an unlock code for my device thru the website and it was approved but I recieved an incorrect unlock code. This is a gophone device and I dont have a working phone number within at&t at this moment so I can not go thru the IVR to get a human to help me on this.
I know is not the correcto unlock code because it's too short, the code should be 16 digits long and the one they provided to me is 8 digits long.

What kind of phone are you trying to unlock? Have you actually tried the code provided? I have unlocked some phone in the past and personally, I've never seen a code that's 16 digits long, to me, 8 digits sounds more like it to me.
Any phone should give you few unlock attempts, and if your phone is saying the code is incorrect, you don't want to try to many times. Please let us know.

I want to unlock a ZTE Z223, both cellphone and intructions provided states that a 16 digits long code is required, I tried to enter the code provided but nothing happened since its too short so I was unable to press OK to give it a try.

Typically this is rare, and a different case fixes it. However in some situations we need to escalate the matter to our unlock group for a more personal touch.
