Unable to get Sim Card for Moto G5S Plus
I recently purchased Moto G5S Plus. My phone's IEMI number and model number are not in the AT&T system, so they will not give me a sim card.
I have called the support line, used the online chat, and contacted my local AT&T corporate store, all of which advise they cannot provide a sim card without the phone being in their system.
I keep getting directed back to the initial support line (800.331.0500) which then tells me to contact my local store.
Is there anyone else I can contact about this, or did I just buy a really nice paperweight?
