Truconnect sim in a ATT phone
I put a truconnect sim card in and it says network locked ..this is a government sim and id like to know how to unlock network to use .

@Opheli You need to unlock the AT&T phone. Link below on requesting unlocking. The phone has to meet the requirements for unlocking 2nd link has requirements for unlocking phone.
