Trade-in sent using wrong label
I recieved my new phone packaged up my old phone and sent it out using the label that came in the box with the new phone..this was 4 weeks ago...i realized 2 days after i sent the phone back and recieved the return package that i might have made a mistake...so i called att and told my story..well i was told i used the buyers remorse label for the new phone and that this happens alot. I was told that they (att) would put a flag on it and have it redirected to the appropriate location...... well that didnt happen my trade-in is lost. And no one will call me back. So what can i do to fix this cause im not going to get scammed into paying 1000 for a phone that i was told with my trade in was free.
