Trade in

I have not received the maulers to send back my 3 trade in phones it has been almost two weeks and do not want to lose my promo for the trade in I have called and no one can let me k ow what I should do

Thank you for reaching out to us. Do you need to request shipping materials to mail your trade-in device? If so, please contact our Trade-In Support line for further assistance at 888-445-6005. They are available to assist you every Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Hope this helps!

Do yourself a favor and quit them while you can! They will take your phones,give you minimal and tell you to (Edited per community guidelines) it up...sad company
