trade in promo credits

traded in 2 phones this last billing cycle.  The lines still had trade in promo credits 14-30 due to be applied over the next 17 months.  Reviewed bill this morning and those two lines no longer have trade in promo credits applied.  I verified before upgrade (because I had lines with eligible upgrades I could have used) that the promo credits would still be applied over the next 17 months.  Is this an error that they will fix or are they screwing me out of 396.78 on each line?

You can check the status of your request online. You will need your email address and trade in conformation number. 

 

It can up to 3 billing cycles after trading in your device for credits to appear on your monthly bill. Since you stated that you completed the trade in last billing cycle we suggest that you wait for 2 more billing cycles. 

 

If you still do not see your credits, reach back out we will be here to help.

Need help with my trade in promo credit. I purchased from ATT a iphone13pro and took my old iPhone x to ATT store turn in. I have paperwork and have checked for several months but no credit. The store manager discovered on my paperwork that his employee had entered the wrong wireless number and that is why I had not received credit. He was to contact ATT about resolving. That was in January. I went back to store in Feb and March after receiving bills without credit. Please help.

went back to my local ATT store for the third time in 3 months. Talked to a nice lady who finally took time to research my issue. She called her ATT contact who verified my return and issued the $800 credit. Just have to find someone who cares to investigate and solve the problem. Be persistent. Thank you.

This thread is several months old. Create your own thread and provide details on your trade in. The first person upgraded 14 months into his previous trade-in and lost his trade-in credits. Have no idea what happened with the second person
