Trade in Phone stuck in Dallas Texas Distribution Center

Sent my trade in phone after receiving my new phone  January 11, 2021.  Since then the tracking status is still the same:

January 15, 2021, 11:00 pm
Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility

I'm worried that ATT might not credit me and will bill me the total cost of the new phone.

Can someone help me with this?

Thank you for reaching out. We'd like to take a closer look into why your trade in device is still stuck in transit.


To better assist, we want to know if you returned the trade in device with the trade in package that was shipped separately to you or you used the return label that came with the new device.


If you used the latter, please reach out to HYLA on 877-244-9829 for further assistance and our trade in dept. on 888-445-6005 if you used the trade in package.
