Trade in phone, sent with return label
The new phone came with a return label, appeared to be the trade in label. I sent it in but went to the return warehouse instead. What do I do now.

That was not the trade in label. It was for returning the new phone. All you can do now is call and hope they can get the phone to the right destination. Good luck, you’ll need it. Others that have done that did not fare well.

They must send the old phone back because it was your property. I had the same issue and waiting for a resolution. They are misleading people and this should be addressed with BBB or legal action.
