Trade in issues

Hi...I have issues with 2 trade ins. Both were shipped at the same time, no damage, good condition, even the store confirmed the condition.  I received confirmation that one was received,  but was listed as having screen damage, and given a value less than the $60 to qualify for trade in. The other phone shows delivered via my tracking info, but Att is saying they haven't received it. I have called multiple times, with no luck. I asked for proof of the damage, but was told they couldn't provide it. The promo was to port a line over, and get a $1000 credit. I would have never switched to pay full price for 2 phones.

Hi, just an update. I've called in 3 times, each time they don't see my previous call. Each time, the agent is rude, tells me it will be escalated within 48 hours, and I will receive an email. Still no email.  This is a $2000 credit that I should receive.

AT&T is out to screw over their customers. I did the trade in offer online in August for the $1,000 trade in credit for the note Ulta 20. I was given the run around phone not received.  I spent hours calling, finally phone is received and now I am being told phone does not qualify . This is bull my phone was in Perfect condition, I would of Never traded in my perfectly  phone for a $1,299.99 Note 20 Ultra. I have made so many phone calls to AT&T about my issue and was told each time phone did qualify. Now all of a sudden phone doesn't qualify and they can't give me a reason!!!!! I could cry, I have been a customer over 30 years. The trade in department is a BIG SCam!!!!
