Trade in issues
Hi...I have issues with 2 trade ins. Both were shipped at the same time, no damage, good condition, even the store confirmed the condition. I received confirmation that one was received, but was listed as having screen damage, and given a value less than the $60 to qualify for trade in. The other phone shows delivered via my tracking info, but Att is saying they haven't received it. I have called multiple times, with no luck. I asked for proof of the damage, but was told they couldn't provide it. The promo was to port a line over, and get a $1000 credit. I would have never switched to pay full price for 2 phones.
