Trade in credit question

I trade in iphone 7+ for iphone 12. I went back to the store to give the phone for trade in and my invoice is showing 0 credit. Shouldnt it show how much the phone costs for trade in? Looking at my receipt, it looks like its showing im not getting any credit

Were you told of a billing credit or gift card offered at the time of the trade-in process?
