Shipping hasn’t updated for new iPhone

i preordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max on the 15, said it would be delivered the 22nd. It’s the 22nd and it still hasn’t even shipped and it says it’s gonna ship the 21st still??? when will it update??? when will i receive the product??

Are you checking on the AT&T order status, or on the carrier’s (UPS, FedEx, USPS) site.  If you have a tracking number, you should always use the carrier’s site.

Also, there is a possibility that it may just show up today, or more likely that it won’t be delivered today because AT&T didn’t get enough phones.  The shipping dates are always estimates.

i’m checking through at&t…they haven’t provided a tracking number yet because it hasn’t shipped yet

If there is no tracking number, then it likely hasn’t shipped yet because AT&T ran out of phones for launch day delivery.  You’ll have to wait for restocks.  When that will happen, no one can say.  Calling them does little good because the people you talk to can’t see anything different on their screens than you can see when you look at your order status.  Unfortunately, this happens every year.  AT&T overestimates how many phones how many phones they have available for delivery on launch day.

Much better to buy through Apple, even if you choose AT&T financing.  They are very good about the shipping dates.  If they say delivery on launch day, you’ll get it on launch day.  Also, if when you order they estimate delivery 2-4 weeks out after launch day, in many cases it doesn’t take quite that long.

I’m having the same problem. I even called a they told me to wait a few days because it’s “crazy right now “. Maybe just be truthful with people about when they will receive their products and you won’t have so many phone calls. It’s really frustrating because I looked at the estimate to receive it before I purchased. I would have at least looked at going through Apple if they were honest.

Anyone else showing as "Shipped" with a tracking number, but then the tracking number shows that only a label has been created and it has not actually shipped?  Mine has been in this status for over a week.

Mine has also just said the shipped but stuck on label created status. Not sure if I’m just waiting on ATT warehouse to get more iPhone supply? Or did ATT think they shipped my phone already and now it’s just in a limbo state? Nobody updating anything

To add to that confusion, every other comment thread I see people are saying just cancel your order and order again- because now people are ordering and receiving their phones a lot quicker than me. I mean I’m fine, but seriously. I pre-ordered the phone for a reason. Not to sit for weeks wondering where it’s at. I could have just gone into a store and picked it up if I knew the pre-order process was going to be this big of a hassle.

@Pinklady716 Did you have to contact AT&T, or did I finally ship? I am in the same situation with a phone that had the label created last week, but FedEX hasn't pick it up.
