Sent trade in to wrong address

I accidentally sent my trade in to the address you would return your phone if you didn’t like it (14 day policy). I have no idea what to do ?!

  • Did you access the AT&T Trade-In Portal to follow the steps provided?
  • Did you receive the trade-in prepaid shipping label to mail-out your old device?
  • Was the old cellphone delivered to the return facility?
