sent trade in phone to return location
I upgraded my iPhone 10xs to an iPhone 12 mini. It said that I would receive shipping material within a week, when I did not receive them I just sent the phone back in the shipping material I received from the iPhone 12 mini. I have tried to call customer service multiple times and I get a message that there are too many calls and I am hung-up on. Similarly, I have been waiting on the service chat for almost an hour with no help. I want to make sure that I will receive my $800 trade-in.
