S10+ Can as of 3 days ago I can only send/receive texts from other ATT users

I just realized that for the past 3 days I can not send or receive text messages from anyone other than a ATT phone. I even deleted all texts and did a phone reset. No Luck

Allow us to look into why your not receiving texts from other devices.

 

To get started, we'd like to ask a few questions:

  • Are you able to make/receive phone calls and use other features with your cellphone?
  • Do you receive any error messages when sending/receiving a text to the non-AT&T devices? If so, what does the error message say?
  • Is your device connected to a available wifi or cellular network when sending a text?

Provide us more details for further review.

Yes - I can access email, phone, wifi.

I can send/receive group texts

I can not send/receive single texts

I have tried both on wifi and cellular network.

I swapped sim card into a friend's phone and the problem still happened.

I have been to the ATT store and on the phone with ATT countless times and nothing. They don't even call as they said they would. I have not had texts for nearly 2 weeks.
