Returned phone lost?

Good morning, 

 

I purchased a phone on the 23 of January via online as a gift. Within 2 weeks the device was returned using the return label given to me.

 

i called in to verify last week and just now and the phone has been shipped according to USPS but not with AT&T according to AT&T.

shows picked up by shipping agent.

 

 

 

can anyone help me please?

The problem that I have is that I found I can only reply through email
