Replacing a phone and SIM at the store?

I have no phone to contact AT&T at the moment. I also wanted to know what information I need to bring to AT&T in order to get a new one. I am under my dad's plan and have no information on that. I only know my phone number and have my ID if that's of any use.

Unless you are an authorized user on the account, you can't get a new SIM card.  You can always buy a phone at full price.  You will have to ask dad to add you as an authorized user so you can get a SIM card.  Getting a phone will raise the bill, so please inform dad.

You will need the account security/passcode/PIN code.   It's usually a 4 digit code asked for when someone calls in to ATT for service.  It will also be required in the store.  They may ask for the account number, but likely just your number and the PIN code.
