Replacement device received. Old device has not arrived to you.

I am quite upset. I received my replacement device on the 2nd of October. On the following Tuesday, the 9th, my husband brought the return package to the post office. I do have a tracking number, but I am not able to access it, as I am at work. On Saturday, October 19, I received a voice mail stating that my device has not been received, nor has it been sent, according to your records. I called the number, and was told they would update my status, however, when I attempt to track my device, USPS has no record of the number. After panicking, I did some research and found that this happens VERY often. Some customers get charged a lot of money because of this... I am feeling like this is quite the scam and I am NOT happy. I would like to hear from someone as soon as possible regarding this matter.  Thank you, Roxanne Ajemian
