recommend a device to upgrade from galaxy s8

I am looking to upgrade from GalaxyS8. I typically only use my device for email, texting, occasional video streaming to my television and most important is the camera. I would like a camera that is top notch and very professional. The photos need to be very professional and the photo options need to be similar to an non- digital 35mm camera. I am an Android loyal cell phone user as I do not learn technology easily and when I try to operate the iPhone I get frustrated. Advice is appreciated.
