qualifying phone trade ins

I have a Note 8 that has one spot on it chipped away on a corner (see picture for reference). When rubbing finger across it you can't really feel it but can if using your nail. I wasn't sure how picky the dents and scratches qualification are. This phone is in otherwise pristine condition. I couldn't find an email for support, and can't upload a picture in chat besides wait times possibly being long. Hopefully somebody can help me out with your suggestions. I can't go to a store without traveling 30+ miles away. Thanks!

We'll be happy to guide you in the right direction @kate8201.

While we can't really give you an estimate of the trade-in value of your device here, there are two ways you can go about that.

The first would be to start the online trade-in questionnaire. You'll answer a few questions regarding the specs and condition of your device and it'll give you a rough, though not final, estimate. This is the first step in initiating a trade-in but you wouldn't be obligated to proceed from there.

If you'd prefer to talk to someone directly, you can reach out to the trade-in department at 1-888-445-6005. They are available weekdays from 7am to 7pm CST and weekends from 9am to 5pm CST.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with. Thank you for reaching out to our AT&T Community!

I did that already, but this is the only one spot that I was questioning, hence the picture. Guess I will just travel to take it somewhere and them look. Otherwise, I know it qualifies with no problem.
