We want to help provide more information on our wireless deals and promotions, @rorosale.
The code listed above doesn't appear to be associated with any of our current promotions. Where did you find it? Letting us know this information, will allow us to look deeper into the matter to confirm if this is in fact a legit offer.
In the meantime, discover our best cellphone deals to see what we have available for you. Apple, Samsung, LG, and more – whatever make or model you’re after, we’ve got you covered. Get the new Samsung Galaxy S22, iPhone 13 in Green, & iPhone SE (2022) from AT&T. You can even save with an AT&T Certified Restored phone.
We're here if you have any additional questions!

If you are asking about the exact same promotion code as the OP, then it was already mentioned not a current promotion. You would need to provide more details about when and where you got it, or even the exact promo if it differs from the OP.
Need more details from you for anybody to try and give direction.
Looking for same info. Promotion was from February. My device was received and processed, but I never received the promotion.

The code does not exist. Never did.
The trade in phone deal promo code is TRADEOFFER2022
Where did you get that code?
And for what purpose?
Hmmm. Unless this code was strictly internal, and never published on AT&T's website this doesn't make any sense. The trade offer 22 is searchable
File a Better Business Bureau complaint online. The complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management who can take a closer look at the promotion and see what happened.
Like all phone promotions from all carriers, and unlimited data plan and installment loan is required to get the phone deal.
Definitely was published on the website back in February. I called again today and since it’s been 3 months they are opening a case for me.
How can we improve?
