Poor Customer Service
I was just at the AT&T store in Georgetown, TX. An associate put us on the wait list at 9a.m., and we were third on the list. Meanwhile, while we are waiting, two other store associates decided it was more important to set up a table of phone protectors, instead of helping waiting customers. Also, another associate walked in while we were waiting and went immediately to the back, and never came out to help. Once the other two associates were done setting up the table, they went to the back as well. Over 30 minutes later, still no help and I moved up to 2nd on the list. I was there to buy a phone, I knew which one I wanted to purchase, and the whole transaction would have taken no more than 10 minutes. Customers, standing there, with money in hand, should not have to wait more than 10 minutes to purchase something from the store. I am an AT&T and DirecTV customer, and now, I want to cancel both.

Hello @TwinCreek!
Welcome to the Community Forums! I regret hearing it took longer than necessary to get help at this store. This is definitely not what we like to hear happen. I understand time is valuable and I’m more than happy to help with this today!
I have submitted feedback to this store so they can improve in the future. To skip the store lines you may visit the wireless page to purchase phones and accessories.
I’m glad I could help! Thank you and have a wonderful Saturday.
