Phone upgrade Tip
I upgraded my phone back in November I got a text message today saying they were going to charge me 315.00 for the unreturned phone.
Luckily i had tracking witch did no good to ATT but i took a photo of the return label that had an RMA number on it, This one number saved me a lot of headache and some money,
Just a tip to aways get recipes pts and proof of drop off witch i did also have and take photos of everything trust no one.

If I "trust no one", shouldn't that include you and your advice? LOL ;P
Seriously though, everything you've said is accurate. Proof of return, RMA number and the tracking number are all extremely important to proving to AT&T you did your part in returning your equipment, device, etc. I recommend keeping originals and photos for several years.
