Hello, I wanted to switch to AT&T and I have the four people I want to start up the line with in mind already I was wondering if all four devices need to be present when I start up the activation ??

I believe you're asking if you can move just one line at a time to AT&T. Yes you can. You need to verify that all of the phones will work on AT&T.

AT&T simple pricing will not look simple on your bill because each time you add a new line there will be prorating to change the rate plan...
