Phone exchange options?
I currently just took out the iPhone 6 Plus, but now i want the Galaxy S6 edge. Is there any way i can switch over and get the S6?

If you are within the 14 day remorse period, you can switch, but will pay a $36 restocking fee. If you are past the 14 day remorse period, your only option is to sell the iphone and pay full price for the phone that you want.

Yes. As soon as they hand over the phone that has been set up on your account you incur a restock fee. Once an IMEI is set on your account, it can't be resold as new.
You should make your choices carefully. In store staff should know the devices well enough to demonstrate each phone.
