Pending order

I ordered my phone iPhone X Sunday around 8:55 pm eastern time . I been waiting for something back from AT&T it’s now Monday and my order it still pending . How ever I got expedited Shipping . So exactly what is the problem ? I’m did not receive and order number so don’t ask for it . I don’t wanna go through what people have been going through from the other reviews the been in back order . And stuff . I didn’t even receive and email with a tracking number  , spare me the customer service calls for 2 hours or more . I need answers as to why it’s been 24 hours and I haven’t received a order confirmation or at lease a Your order is being processed literally nothing . Paid for faster shipping just to see “Pending for 2 days”  this is unexpectable AT&T y’all are losing me as a customer and I just switched here from T-Mobile. At lease there customer service was better ... your customer service is not good at all
