Payment
Hello, I recently bought a phone in January 6th and purchased with a gift card. I realized that my giftcard only had $25 or balance, but the initial payment to buy a phone was $50. I also traded in my phone, and was confirmed to have a value of $350. What can I do? It still shows as pending.

The trade-in deal provides a bill credit over 36 months. And it usually takes 2 to 3 months before the bill credits start on your account.
Build credit will be $9 in change every month. Since it takes two or three months for the credits to start, when they do they'll be makeup credits for the missed months. All this information on the trade-in deal is provided online. You could have read all this before you made your purchase and trade it in your old phone

We are here to help you with your Trade-in credit concerns, @kcastillogue .
Thank you @formerlyknownas for that great accurate information. Trade-in credits can take up to 3 billing cycles. If it has been past 3 billing cycles, and you still do not see your credit reflecting on your account, let us know, so we can bring you into a DM to take a closer look.
We hope this helps. Feel free to reach back out with any other questions you may have.
