Order Status

I got baited into bundling wireless service with my tv and internet last month. I had the worst possible experience with trying to get my application done and phone numbers ported over from current carrier. After all of that I finally got numbers ported and ordered 2 phones on a deal that I was offered. I received the first phone within 3 days of ordering and the second was suppose to be within 3 days after that. Mind you this order was placed 2-24-20. As of today 3-28-20 I still dont have my second phone. Everytime I call or chat with someone I get lied to even as far as getting tracking information that didnt even exist. I am beyond mad and frustrated. At this point I want to cancel all my services and go else where. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Has anyone else have this happen?

Just file a Better Business Bureau complaint online. AT&T will contact you directly
