Order Pick-up delay?
Hello, I ordered a phone yesterday around lunchtime for pickup from my local store. I know typically it takes 2 hours, but this morning (11:15am), the order is still processing, and I’m off to a destination wedding tomorrow (and my order will be cancelled if I’m away for 3 days once the order is ready). I have tried calling the store 3 times; however, someone answers saying “please hold” and then I’m on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. Is there anyway to get in touch with the store or simply cancel my order at this point? I can find a different store to pick up my order from then (but I’ll be sure to check that they will answer the phone first).
