Order not found

I went to Costco to do my switch from T Mobile to ATT and now when I tried to check the status of my ordered phone, the site is stating that I didn't order it through ATT. Do I need to wait till I get a notification in my email about my device or is there a way to check the status of my ordered phone? the Agent at Costco was the one that placed my phone order. He told me up to 8 business days, it has been 21.

After signing up at Costco for your new device did they provide you with any shipping information? Were you directed to come back to the store for pick up? 

Since your order was placed through Costco then they would be the ones to contact for most up to date shipping information.
