Order Issue

I preordered a iphone 12 pro max in an AT&T store on 11/6/2020 and it was shipped with fedex and supposed to be delivered 11/13/2020.  Fedex flagged the order as fraud even though it was an att order shipping to an AT&T store.  I have been trying for weeks now for a resolution and no one fedex or AT&T has been able to fix anything.  I can't cancel the order and place another order until AT&T gets the phone back from fedex but fedex isnt sending the phone back until they talk to AT&T and noone seems to know how to go about that at AT&T.  I have been on hold with both over 20 times speaking to different reps who come up with something new and wrong to tell me with each call.

We'd like to further look into this inquiry for you but need to ask some questions.

  • Were you told the reason why your order was flagged as fraud? 
  • Did you file a claim/tracer with Fedex? 
  • Have you tried getting someone at AT&T to speak with Fedex? 
  • Did you try going back to the original point of sale to see what could be done?
