I preordered a iphone 12 pro max in an AT&T store on 11/6/2020 and it was shipped with fedex and supposed to be delivered 11/13/2020. Fedex flagged the order as fraud even though it was an att order shipping to an AT&T store. I have been trying for weeks now for a resolution and no one fedex or AT&T has been able to fix anything. I can't cancel the order and place another order until AT&T gets the phone back from fedex but fedex isnt sending the phone back until they talk to AT&T and noone seems to know how to go about that at AT&T. I have been on hold with both over 20 times speaking to different reps who come up with something new and wrong to tell me with each call.
