Order cancelled
Been with At&t for almost 8 years now and have NEVER had an issue with getting a new phone online. I've ALWAYS done it. Especially now with covid when I can't go to a store. It was cancelled because they didn't know if I really ordered. I called and confirmed it was me and had to reorder again after they reversed the new upgrade that was showing on me end still. Question being if I reordered is this gonna keep happeneing?

Depends on what triggered the cancelation.
Is your pin correct? Is credit card in your name, billed to same address?
Is shipping to same address?
