Online order support (order in progress for a month)

I ordered an iPhone 11 almost a month ago online for curbside pickup and it still says order in progress. I check the email for the status every day and I check spam too. I've called the store and they said there's nothing they can do on their end and to contact someone online. I've also tried that for many different customer service numbes and no one picks up the phone. I'm so tired of waiting I've been so patient, but a month for curbside pickup is way too long.
