Next Up feature

I just bought Samsung galaxy s22+ while purchasing online, it didn't ask or show up for next up feature, i asked to customer service on live chat on AT&T app, they said i am eligible to add that feature to my device because in 14 days after purchased you can add it, and they created a case i have case numbers too, i didn't get anything yet, still i am in 14 days period i hope someone will help

as far as i recall next up must be added at the time of purchase same with insurance,

I chatted with customer service via AT&T app two times, i got the answer as in 14 days i am able to add it, both representatives said i should not be worried about it, they will add. I wasn't expecting to be disappointed this much, i was expecting someone can solve it

If next up is not added in the first 14 days, it's never getting added. I'm a little surprised because most sellers add it whether you want it or not and people come to complain that they've been paying for it for years and have no intention of using it. Don't just let it ride because if it's not added, your phone will not be able to upgraded early without paying it off.
