New phone
I currently have a plan, but I have a prepaid phone, and I want to stay with this current decision. Most at&t stores do not have the phone that I want. Am I able to out source to Walmart for the phone, but under the At&t logo, and connect it to my current plan?
Also will their be a charge on At&t's side of, and when I do the change my phone?

Sure, you can buy from Walmart or any other retailer. Just make sure you buy a phone compatible with ATT’s network and is on ATT’s list of supported phones. There is no charge to switch to a different phone, just move your SIM card.
