Happy to help with your SIM to new phone update! To point us in the right direction:

Are you using the older SIM or the new SIM the device came with?
What kind of device are you currently using?
Are you currently getting any errors with the SIM or device you are using?

In the meantime please try using our Swap Active SIM Between Devices support tool to update. Let us know how this helps!
