New phone and new SIM Card got activated on the wrong number
I was activating my brother's new phone (Samsung Galaxy S20+) with the new sim card that accompanied the phone. When I used att.com/activates to activate the phone, it activated using my mother's number even though I entered my brother's number into the prompt boxes. Now, my mother's line on her iPhone is no longer reachable. I've been trying to call ATT Support for help but given the circumstances around COVID-19, I understand why the support is not so reachable lately. How do we fix this ASAP?

I just put my headset on, and found something to do, and waited. Someone will eventually pick up. I can't say they will be in the best mood. But you need to get it fixed, so put your patience cap on and just hold the line. I think I waited about 20 mins or so.

Hello, the replacement phone I received in the mail from AT&T has the wrong phone number associated with it. Not sure how to fix this.
