Never Received Trade In Confirmation Number or Return Packaging

Completed a trade-in transaction in store on 11/13/21 for phone and return packaging to be shipped to me. Received the phone but never got a trade-in confirmation number or return packaging in the mail/

For assistance with your trade-in, you'll need to reach out to the trade-in department. They are available weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM and weekend from 9 AM to 5 PM at 1-888-445-6005. Since you don't have the confirmation number, you may want to have something like the IMEI of the old devices available for them.
