Lost tracking number for prepaid label

I sent my phone on October and now in February AT&T is charging me because they didn’t recieve the phone. I talk with USPs many times because as It was a long time ago I lost the tracking number. I was told two different ways to recover it when I called to customer service but USPS said that AT&T must have the tracking number because they bought the prepaid label from them. I need help because I don’t know what to and definitely I don’t have money to pay for the no return fee.
