Looks like your IMEI and phone number don't match. Help!

Hi, I don't know why my IMEI does not match with phone number. I correctly entered in my IMEI and phone number.

 

I am also sure my requirements are filled

 

  • Is active for at least 60 days if you purchased an installment or term agreement Yes
  • Has no past due or unpaid balance Yes
  • Has a completed contract or paid-off installment agreement Yes
  • Isn't reported as lost, stolen, or involved with fraud Yes
