Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI

I made a ticket to request the unlocking of a terminal but I misplaced the email, more than 48 hours have passed. from the request but I get the following message "Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI"I need help

Hi there @Brueze, we'll be happy to help with your unlock.  


Since the confirmation email had expired, then your unlock request will end up being denied. You'll need to wait until the request is denied, which can be longer than 48 hours since additional verification was needed.

Once the request is denied, please submit another request and keep an eye on your email for the confirmation email, as it is typically sent within the hour and expires after 24 hours. Check your spam and junk folders as well.

Yo tengo el mismo problema hace ya mas de 4 días hice la solicitud fue denegada por que según no confirme dentro de las 24 horas cuando si se hizo y ademas intento hacer otra y me indica que ya se está procesando una podrían ayudarme
