 I do understand wanting to have the latest updated on your phone.  I will be more than happy to help!

Any unlocked device not connected to the AT&T network or towers is unable to receive software updates over the air.  I do sincerely apologize about this.  However, if you have an AT&T SIM card, you can insert it into the phone to see if you are able to receive the update.

Should you still not be able to get updates even with an AT&T SIM, what I would recommend doing is contacting LG to see if they have any files to download.

lesson learned dont buy us carrier branded phones and expect updates.

I contacted LG, and they said I came back to AT&T. Awesome!

Why LG and AT & T are so hard on customers? Why Verizon (VS987), T-mobile (H830) can provide KDZ files?

I have AT&T LG G5 Unlocked, currently connected to AT&T network and I'm still not able to receive nougat update.  It says your phone is up to date check again in 19 hours.  Ridiculous.

I need to update my h820. Cdc file when it will be available? I'm out of the USA
