iPhone Trade-In
I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro online and it said I can return my old one for trade in with the shipping labels sent to me. My new phone arrived and I used the same box with new return label to send back my old iPhone 8, which was in PERFECT condition. A week later I receive a different return label in the mail saying I should use this for the trade in program. I sent my old phone to the return warehouse on December 29, 2020 and the tracking shows it was delivered on January 15, 2021. I can’t find any number to contact the warehouse. I have called the trade-in program number twice and have not heard back from anyone or had my issue resolved! Can anyone please help?!

Hello @shicara,
We understand how important it is to receive your Trade-in promotion credits given you sent in your trade-in device.
You've used the incorrect return label. Never use the label that comes with your new device.
Our Trade-in support will have to further look into this to locate the device as it has been sent to the wrong facility.
