Iphone trade in missing

I traded in an iphone over a month ago.  Shipped with the label provided by ATT.  No tracking updates since Jan 7.  No one at the post office or with ATT seems to be able to help.  Any way to get this resolved?

Hate to say it but that phone is lost and you’ll like never get your credits…99% chance you used wrong label, I did the same thing because yeah why wouldn’t you use the label and trade in box that came with your new phone that has trade in instructions on it? ATT says this for “buyers remorse”, no other company goes ahead and sends a return label for a new purchase. It’s meant to deceive you and trick you into sending your phone to wrong place so they can claim it’s list and it’s your fault and deny you your credits. Such a scam

Not helpful at all.   Att is responsible. It's their shipping label.

If they did not follow the requirements of the promotion, that would be the only reason they would be out $800, or $1,000, or $350. Calling frequently does not result in anyone who has more than sawdust upstairs getting anything done on your behalf. That is why we recommend filing a better Business bureau complaint online

If you have to file a BBB complaint to get any resolution, that means it’s a scam. Thanks for proving my point

So I’ve talked to at least 8 different ATT people over the past 3 months.  Some guaranteed my credit would show up the following month.  No credit.  Spoke to my local ATT store where I traded in and they gave me copies of receipts for my phones traded in.  Said they were received and processed.  But still only one credit.  They said they couldn’t do anything but trade in group would have to handle.  After 5 months, still no credit.  Has anyone pursued a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines)?
