iPhone returned yet mysteriously still being charged

Returned phone- which came w upgraded service- cancelled and returned immediately after no one at AT&T could tell me what charges were- this was over a month ago- still getting hit w 350 phone bill?! No one at AT&T can help- they say it can take months to process the phone return which they confirmed they received- 30 days ago! They say all I can do is -wait- and -pay- as they can’t remove the service until they process return- and then they will then credit the refund! Not acceptable!! Stop wasting my time and money on these reindeer games! Bad business- to pay for something you do t have for over a month!
