Iphone return is missing - HELP

I sent 3 iphone 11 back to ATT via Pitney Bowes, 2 of the phones arrived at Pitney Bowes, while 1 is still missing. It has been over a month and no one seems to know what is going on. Post office shows Pitney Bowe's local agent picked up all 3 phones, Pitney Bowes and ATT have no clue of where the missing 3rd phone is and continues to blame the post office. 

I have called numerous times to ATT, and keep getting the run around. This is very frustrating can someone please help.

As long as you have proof you mailed all three phones the rest of this is not your responsibility. If AT&T insists that you chase this down they are wrong. File a Better Business Bureau complaint online. The complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management and someone will contact you. Usually your proof is a counter receipt from the post office, but tracking that shows that all three phones made it to the post office and entered the system is enough.

Historically AT&T has made good as long as proof is provided.
