iPhone 12 Trade in

I ordered the new iPhone12 online via my at&t account. When I ordered it, I upgraded my device and selected that I wanted to trade in that device to take advantage of the $800 account credit. I received my new device, but have not received any information about the trade in. Will at&t send me a trade in kit or information about my trade in or is that a separate process I am supposed to complete? I'm not sure if the trade in is automatic if I processed it online on my account through my upgrade/trade-in order?

We can definitely get you on the right track of receiving your trade-in materials!

 

The AT&T trade-in shipping materials should arrive within 2-3 days to your mailing address. Do not use the return labels that were included with your iPhone 12 delivery package

 

If you have not received the trade-in shipping materials within a few days, you can reorder them by accessing the highlighted AT&T Trade-in Program/Contact Us website > Request shipping materials or contact customer support at: 1.888.445.6005 which are available Monday - Friday 7am - 10pm PT / Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 7pm
