I'm 2 months into a 2 year contract - can I still switch to ATT next?
So I got the 2 year contract around september 20th, when the new iPhones came out. Now I realize I want to be able to upgrade my phone every 12 months to get the new iPhone every year (by doing the trade-in with ATT). I signed a 2 year contract in late september, so im about 2 months into that contract. Can I switch from the 2 year contract and go right into the ATT next so I can get the new iPhone in 12 months? If so, how do I go about doing that, just calling customer service?

No. If you want the newer phone you would have to buy it at full price, or use Apple's upgrade program. Apple now offers financing with upgrade every year.
